Background
People living with HIV (PLHIV) face challenges in utilizing their sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR). Often, people living with HIV are made to feel that they should abstain from sex yet they have the right to a satisfying and healthy sex life. They suffer from profound stigma and discrimination that deny them access to essential legal and health services. In addition, stigma plays a major role in the increasing number of new infections since it also greatly affects key populations at risk of HIV that is men who have sex with men and female sex workers.
